Revenue Science gets a new boss, plus other interactive industry hires, partnerships, launches and announcements.

BabyCenter, an online resource for expectant and new parents around the world, announced that Michael Fogarty has been named group publisher, effective immediately.

Clickable announced the appointments of seven key executives from leading web and technology companies including Google, Microsoft, Leapfrog Online and others. New hires include: Jonathan Betz, Maxine Friedman, Bill Masterson, Sandeep Sahi, Jeremy Gerstle, Ben Seslija and Ken Yarmosh.

Critical Mass, an Omnicom digital marketing agency, has named branding expert Jason Theodor creative director. An avid blogger, lecturer and industry veteran with 11 years of experience, he will be based in Toronto. 

Delve Networks, formerly Pluggd Inc., launched its internet TV and online video publishing platform. In addition to hosting video content, Delve's platform gives content publishers all the necessary tools to upload, manage and track the performance of their online video.

GoFish Corporation named Matt Freeman, former founder and CEO of Tribal DDB Worldwide, as CEO and a member of the company's board of directors.

Gorilla Nation announced that it has been selected to exclusively represent the online ad inventory for Gawker Media throughout Canada. Gorilla Nation will also represent the international ad inventory for GGL.

HipCricket, a mobile marketing company, announced the appointment of Kraig T. Kitchin to its board of directors. 

Hydra Network, a performance-based online advertising network specializing exclusively in cost-per-acquisition (CPA), announced the launch of an exclusive, fully transparent network. Named Hydra Elite, it comprises a select group of Hydra Network's largest-volume publishers.

Kerker Inc. will soon be no more. The 58 year-old, 40-employee agency has renamed itself Preston Kelly, after its two principals: EVP and creative
director Chris Preston and president Chuck Kelly.

Kontera has launched a "One Click" solution for Blogger.com. In addition, Kontera is announcing a range of "One Click" plug-ins to make implementation faster and easier on blogs and other forms of online content.

Marchex, Inc., a local search and advertising company, launched Marchex Adhere a new pay-per-click advertising channel that provides advertisers and agencies with exclusive placement on hundreds of premium publisher websites and on Marchex's OpenList network. 

Mindset Media, an online ad network that enables brand advertisers to reach millions of people with the personality traits that fit their brands, released a Mindset Profile of avid technology consumers, which the company generated from a recent study conducted using Nielsen's Online panel. 

Response Media, an Atlanta-based interactive marketing agency, has been tapped by Cox Enterprises to handle integrated online business-to-business and consumer marketing in support of Kudzu.com, a national online local search company that aggregates user reviews and ratings on local businesses, merchants and service providers.

Revenue Science announced the appointment of Jeff Hirsch as its new president and CEO. Hirsch, who had previously served as president, replaces Bill Gossman. Gossman served more than five years as CEO and will remain on the board. 

Sapient announced the appointment of Jane Barratt as managing director of its Sapient Interactive New York office. 

Sportgenic, a digital media and technology company dedicated to connecting marketers with sport enthusiasts, announced it has launched a new vertical advertising channel dedicated to mixed martial arts (MMA).

Zeta Interactive, a full-service, interactive marketing announced the signing of five new clients, including: Pep Boys, SourceMedia, NewsMarket, United Water and Tablet Hotels.
