Facebook users are looking for fun, and many may be content going for triple-word scores in Scrabulous or pretending to be vampires, ninjas or pirates. But for those seeking a little more muscle and testosterone in their widgets, have no fear: a new "American Gladiators" application is here.

NBC is launching The Official American Gladiator Challenge, which allows Facebook users to compete against friends in games based on the recently-revived television show.

The widget will keep track of statistics as users go head-to-head in online feats of strength like Hit & Run, the Wall and Pyramid. One lucky winner will walk away with a signed "American Gladiators" joust stick.
