The Tom Deierlein Foundation will hold its third annual fundraising party at Google's new digs in Chelsea, New York on November 12.

The TD foundation aims to help needy families and children worldwide, providing them with basic living needs and access to medical care. The party will fundraise for Iraqi families; guests are requested to donate a minimum of $150.

Special guests will include families who have benefited from the foundation's work in the past year. The party will take the form of a silent auction, and is scheduled to feature guest speakers and a presentation on the organization's ongoing work.
