J.D. Power and Associates shares insights from a study it has been conducting for the past seven years based on how in-market vehicle shoppers evaluate manufacture websites (MWES).

Steven Witten reviews some of the latest findings on general website design best practices, examples of sites doing it right and doing it wrong, how the manufacture websites help mold opinions of the brand, and what brand web reconstructed sites are most successful in improving.  We look at today’s best practices, how they are evolving, and then see J.D. Powers’ predictions about what the next generation of sites will (should) offer.
